Wish Factory: Do Wishes Still Come True?

The Wish Factory is a fairly recent adition to Webkinz World. Basically, there are things called Wish Tokens. Gold coins with W's on them. Once ten of these have been collected, you can go to the Wish Factory to insert your coins and make a "wish" when you will recieve an exclusive item. Sounds great, right? But is this too good to be true?
How do you get a wish token in the first place? Well, every so often, on the list of daily events there will be an activity called The Wheel of Wishes. You can spin a Wheel that's just like The Wheel of Wow except you can win money, random clothing items and wish tokens. But is it really that likely that you will accually recieve a token? I've only gotten three from several spins. The only other way to get a token is on your birthday, that is if you go on Webkinz that day.
But that's not all there is to the Wish Factory. If you think that ten tokens can get you any exclusive item you want, guess again! Earning ten tokens is hard enough, try getting more! Some exclusive items are 12 tokens, some 15! A good strategey is to collect tokens whenever possible, but don't go out of your way to get them because it sure is hard! Try not to get stressed over this. I don't know anyone who has gotten all ten, but over time, I'm sure it's possible!

Pet of the Month or Loser of the Month?

Why we say it is the loser of the month is because usually it is the pets that aren't selling well are picked so that they will sell more.

This month the pet is the Clydesdale. This is Webkinz's description:

The pets aren't usually very nice but at the same time you get a wish token, plus every day bonus activities, and an exclusive item in addition to the items that usually come with the pet.

I always cheek to see that my pet isn't going to be the next pet of the month before adopting. Even though the pets aren't the coolest the perks are definitely worth it.

Tile Towers

It is not a speed game but still is very stimulating. It gives you a lot of time and hints. You get about 47 kinzcash if pass a level. (varies between level difficulty and your quickness.)


Helpfulish Tips:

• It will auto-shuffle when you don't have any moves, so NEVER shuffle yourself.
• Keep the hints on it can't hurt, and it will help you when you can't find moves.
• Play the classic mode (more kinzcash and overall more fun)
• Try to get the ones that block the most squares first ex: the 4 center ones.
• Keep the music on it is catchy... opinions may vary.

Why, oh, Why Webkinz, did you place such ugly beings among us???

These are the worst Webkinz ever made! 10 being the least ugly of the group and 1 being the most ugly Webkinz in existence.

10: Bull Frog, Its mouth is in a frown and its colors are weird (vomit and chocolate) not a good combo!

9: Black Poodle, it looks like a stray dog!

8: Cocoa Dino, What is to like? But it has a cool item so it was placed in the number 8 spot.

7: German Shepherd, The light brown on the face of the dog makes it look like it is wearing a mask.

6: Whimsy Dragon, Good concept but bad execution, kinda ruined dragons for me.

5: Cheeky Cat, Just look at it, ew! One of the cheeks is bigger than the other, and that clown nose it makes for a horrible cat.

4: Love Frog, I'm speechless, good thing we only have to see this seasonally!

3:Himalayan, Uhh... It is hideous. It is a shame to the cat name.

2: Goldfish, Once again such a good concept but so horribly made.

1: Congrats Ganz you have created a pet that is...

Webkinz Pet of the Week: Pink Googles

         This is the Pink Googles! It looks very similar to the White Googles except of course it is pink. It is not clear what its item does but it sure is cool; here is what Webkinz world has to say about the pink googles!

There's nothing quite as whimsical as a perfectly Pink Googles! These cool creatures love to have parties, play with friends, and swim! Full of fabulous fun, this great new friend is sure to make you think pink!

The Curio Shop

They say you can get on to different levels with Arte. If you tip and buy enough Arte will tell you when rare items are going to appear, I just can't get it to work no matter how much I tip. But anyway there are three main rare item themes, Egyptian, Medieval, and Mad Scientist. The Egyptian theme is the most expensive and rare then the Medieval and then the Mad Scientist. Also there is 4 different vehicles the golf cart, the hot air balloon, the hummer, and the roadster. And also there is some random items that are not themed. Sometimes you can find the best rare items at weird times like 3:00am. As for gem hunting to avoid duplicates I kept a journal for all of the gems that I needed. A lot of times the color groups (white, red, blue, green, yellow) will correspond to the color of the rocks in the different mines. ex: the white gems are usually found in the Buried Bones Mine.

The E-Store!

When I first saw this I thought that they just sold webkinz and extras (Lip gloss, carriers, clothing, etc.) But it is actually a place to buy virtual items. It is a little pricey, but they items are awesome!!! The items cost between 5 and 10 dollars and you can buy web exclusive beds, chairs, animated items, outdoor things like an in-ground pool, appliances and clothing.
